The accuracy of the wheel is based on the accuracy of knowing your cycle, they usually set it to 28 day cycle, or if u let them know you are different it will change, it has been pretty accurate for me but ultrasound is the best that and the measurment of your uterous!

Well with both of mine it was dead on.. Although my daughter taken 6 weeks early it gave me the correct due date, and same with this one.. Everything I did to calculate my due date matched the little wheel used by my OB/Gyn..

The magic wheel as I call it is fairly accurate provided the women has regular periods and can remember the date of the 1st day of her last period..

Well, that question was on my mind as well. I was told I was due tomorrow and I have been contracting all day yesterday amd today. I am very close, I would have to say that they are pretty accurate. Of course, each pregnancy is different and things happen that can interefere with the delivery date. Always keep that in mind
