I gave birth in August and just yesterday I took a home pregnancy test and it came back positive. Is it picking up my last pregnancy?
most likely not, you are pregnant. The levels of pregnancy hormones leave your body right after giving birth, it takes a total of 6 weeks. If you are breast feeding the chances are still low, the hormones needed to maintain a pregnancy and create milk are separate. To be super sure get a blood pregnancy test, getting pregnant right after having a baby is close to a sure thing….good luck

6 weeks is how long you can get a positive pregnancy test.After your hormones start to go back to normal. Keep taking your prenatal vitamins to help and save your self from loses like calcium and hair lose.

i am four months post partem and my hair is still falling out like crazy!i havent taken a test but i know its still there.
