I love the smiley faces on these - no more comparing line darkness! I also like that these are the best deal I can find anywhere - you get 20 sticks, and they are individually wrapped so you don’t have to use all of them in one month like some tests require. I would definitely recommend these!

Like many women, I had trouble interpreting the two-line system on the standard dipstick OPK’s. A friend suggested that I try the smiley face digital sticks, and I’m glad I did! It’s very clear to see when you’ve had your LH surge, because the smiley face is unmistakable. I also use the ClearBlue Easy ovulation monitor, because it measures both the LH level and the estrogen level. It gives you 3 levels of fertility (low, high, and peak), so it provides a lot more information than just the LH measurement. I use the ovulation monitor in the morning and the smiley face sticks in the late afternoon, and oftentimes the afternoon test is the one that turns positive first. This two-test technique has definitely helped me pinpoint my LH surges and plan my BD sessions accordingly!

I balked when my RE told me to use these instead of the cheap test strips. They’re of course quite a bit more expensive than the bulk test strips you can buy on here. Last month we thought I missed my O because of the Follicle Scan on CD 11, but I continued to test with the CBE’s. I got my first smiley face on CD 19! I was ecstatic and it was hilarious as I showed my hubby! I decided to continue testing since I signed up for the subscription purchasing for the discount and knew this was just a testing cycle. I had smiley faces for 2 more days-thinking it was reading wrong, I continued testing and it did go back to the plain circle on the 4th day. My RE’s Nurse said it’s not uncommon to get a smiley face for a few days, but to count the first day as the initial surge. I actually just ordered the cheapy strips too so I can see how accurately I’m reading those when I get my smiley face this cycle. I had a difficult time interpreting positives because I ramp up and down from my surge so strongly, that it was looking positive for 2 or 3 days, not knowing if the one was actually darker the day before etc…
If you have any doubt with the cheapie strips, try these, if nothing else, you’ll be smiling when you get that smiley face! I should also note that I have PCOS and tests that measure LH surge don’t always work for women with PCOS because often times their LH levels are elevated many days out of the month, giving false positives.

TTC # 4 and over 35, I used these the first month, these showed when I was going to ovulate. So they work! But no baby yet. I ordered the 20 stick pack and will spread it out over the next two months, since they are individually wrapped. I test days 11-15 two times a day, 11 am and 8pm. We are tyring the Shettles method, so we need to time near ovulation. Fingers crossed, send baby dust our way!

This product is definitely worth buying if you are tracking your ovulation. First I tried another popular brand and it was so difficult to read, that I missed my ovulation. Then, I tried the Digital ClearBlue Easy and I am so happy with it. I got My smiley face!

The test sticks work even if you have PCOS. I know some people in the ttc and pcos forums claim these sticks don’t work for PCOS women. However, speaking from someone who has PCOS and cannot alter it with diet and exercise alone, these sticks have worked for the past 10 months to predict ovulation. I even got pregnant after the first 2 months of use, but it sadly ended in a miscarriage. But don’t rely on the test sticks alone for ovulation, especially if you have irregular cycles. Temping, charting cm and other methods should be tried, especially during the first few months of the monitor’s use. After about 3 cycles, it won’t prompt you for sticks too early, especially if you have a longer cycle like most PCOS women. One word of caution: if you’re using the monitor while taking fertility drugs, especially those that contain HCG or gonadotropins, don’t waste your test sticks during those cycles. It will show up false positives and might throw off your next natural cycle. Basically, this monitor is great for natural cycles in predicting ovulation.

I bought this item about 3 years ago, and my clearblue baby is going to be 3 in March. We had tried for 3 years before before purchasing this moniter, my cycles are somewhat irregular so it was hard to detect my peak fertility days. We concived on the third month of using this moniter! We are now going to use it agian to concieve another child. What a great product for helping to concieve. Very easy to use and understand, takes out all the
guessing, and helps you concive a baby natrually.

I checked ALL over online and Amazon has got the best price.. Then with “free shipping” it’s a can’t beat price.. BUT the “free shipping” comes at a price of it’s own.. I think your order sits and waits while everyone else who paid for shipping goes first. I waited two weeks then canceled my order when I found out it was still sitting at Amazon not shipped. SO you need to order in advance so you won’t be stuck without sticks when your monitor is Asking you to test!!
The advice to order on ebay is fine.. as long as you get sticks that are not expired. I have read in auctions that expired sticks DON’T matter.. It DOES matter if they are expired the readings will not be as percise. This is a serious matter not need to go cheap on the sticks and cost yourself MORE time.
You need to have enough sticks to cover testing for each month from the same pack.. it helps the monitor to give a more percise reading.. It says that in the monitor directions and Customer Service will stress that point as well.
I agree with another poster on here too. You CANNOT read these sticks on your own. I would look to see if I could see a difference after the monitor told me my fertility status.. Couldn’t tell…. SO these are JUST for the monitor!!

I have lots of experience with the Clearplan sticks - every cycle for 4 years. This particular box had 17 of the 30 that were defective which meant that the most important part of the cycle the sticks didn’t work and after you have peed on a stick and have no more pee you have lost the opportunity to do it again for another stick. No peak days detected last month which meant last month was a bust in the whole attempting to time a baby department. I’m sad - I did keep the box lid so I could write to the company and include the lot and production information.
