i bought a clear blue easy digital pregnancy test, both showed up "not pregnant", but i still think maybe i am. ive had sharp pains here and there in the bottom right of my abdomen.
so, do ectopic pregnancies have regular symptoms and do they show up on a test?

YES an ectopic pregnancy would have increased hcg levels that would give a positive reading on an HPT

Anyways, how would i know if my Plan B pill didnt work and i ended up with an ectopic pregnancy? Is is pretty common that this happens with plan b?

Symptoms of an ectopic pregnancy include sharp pain on one side of your lower belly. If that happens, you need to go to a doctor ASAP.

I had a bit of brownish pink spotting, but the next day I started my normal period. I’ve taken two pregnancy tests and they both came out negative (test taken three days apart). My main concern is that I have some discomfort and a sharp pain in my side. It comes and goes. Is it possible that I have an ectopic pregnancy?

If you having an eptopic pregnancy then sometimes it does not show up on home pregnancy test. Many times you have to have blood tests and/or an ultrasound. You really shoud go to your doctor right away. Im not saying you are pregnant but its good to know either way. If you arent it may be something else such as a cyst of some kind. The chance of having a second eptopic pregnancy is about 15% in general. The exact chance may very depending on the cause of the first one.
